We offer international shipping to most countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Moreover, where the item is really big, we may need to request more shipping fee. For customers in Australia we ship every item via StarTrack Express tracked and insured. For international customers, all items will be posted express via DHL up to the declared value of the item.
Return Policy
The Purse Affair will accept refund where the item is not as described but we do not accept refunds where the reason is for change of mind. If an item is found to be non authentic by a third party authenticator then we will also refund the item fully under our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
