Do you ship worldwide?
We offer international shipping to most countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Moreover, where the item is really big, we may need to request more shipping fee. In such instances, we may email you to ask if you would still like to proceed with the order with additional shipping fee.

How do we ship?
For customers in Australia we ship every item via StarTrack Express tracked and insured. For international customers, all items will be posted express via DHL up to the declared value of the item.
Return Policy
The Purse Affair will accept refund where the item is not as described but we do not accept refunds where the reason is for change of mind. If an item is found to be non authentic by a third party authenticator then we will also refund the item fully under our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
The claim to refund for an item not as described must be within seven days of receiving the item. To initiate refund you can contact us on Instagram or email us at enquiries@thepurseaffair.com. Where the item is proven to be not authentic, we will honour it for life, the seven days does not apply.
