Fee Structure

Over $15,000 → 10% fee

$4,000 – $15,000 → 15% fee

$2,000 – $4,000 → 20% fee

$1 – $2,000 → Flat $300 fee

Note: For items where the minimum fee of $300 does not make sense, we may instead make you a direct offer. For example, on a $200 item, we may offer to purchase directly for $100.

Where your item is not authentic, we will charge you $200 for administration fee and return the item to you. If you do not reply to us or contact us within a month, we will destroy your item.

We accept all authentic Hermès handbags and accessories in excellent or great condition, including Birkin (25, 30, 35, 40), Kelly (25, 28, 32, 35), Constance, Picotin, Lindy, Evelyne, Garden Party, and more.

We appraise your item taking into consideration:

• Wear and Tear: Visible tearing, water damage and discoloration

• Exterior marks / Scratches: Scratches and marks are assessed

• Hardware condition: Scratches on hardware and tarnishing

• Inclusions: Box, dustbag, lock, keys, clochette, receipt all add value

Values depend on model, size, leather type, colour, hardware, condition, and inclusions. Rare colours and exotic leathers (crocodile, ostrich, lizard) command significant premiums. Submit your details and our specialists will provide an accurate market valuation within 24 hours.

We only need one photo of the bag sitting upright on a table (not held by handle). If there are any defects such as scratching or scuffing, please include photos of these. For Hermès, a photo of the stamp (blind stamp or date stamp) is also helpful.
